1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • You have the proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been installed or used
  • Custom-built or special order vanities
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items

 

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll either send a replacement, offer a partial refund, or guide you through the return process

 

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at support@fernandoboost.store with your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for our team to approve your request and provide a return shipping label (if applicable)
  • Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions

 

5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was defective or shipped in error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

 

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped
  • Contact us immediately via email or phone to request a cancellation

 

8. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order separately.
