At Fernando Boost Store, we’re committed to delivering your bathroom vanities safely, quickly, and efficiently. Please review our shipping and delivery policies below to understand how your order will reach you.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
We offer standard ground shipping across the continental United States.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee (contact us before ordering)
3. Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery times vary based on your location and the size of your order. Most bathroom vanities are shipped via freight carriers due to size and weight.
Estimated delivery times:
- Urban areas: 5–7 business days
- Rural or remote areas: 7–10 business days
4. Freight Delivery Information
For large items like vanities:
- You’ll be contacted by the freight carrier to schedule a delivery appointment
- Deliveries are typically curbside only. Please arrange for help if you need to move items inside
- Inspect all items upon delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier’s paperwork
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the continental U.S.
We do not ship to:
- Alaska or Hawaii
- U.S. Territories
- P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment on the carrier’s website for real-time updates.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
- Email support@fernandoboost.store with your order number and photos of the damage
- We’ll assist with a replacement, refund, or resolution as quickly as possible
8. Delayed Deliveries
While we aim to deliver on time, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier issues
- Supply chain disruptions
- We’ll communicate any major delays and support you throughout the process.
